April 2019 Favourites

Hello and Welcome Back. The end of April is almost here so it’s time for me to share with you my April Favourites. During April I discovered lots of new products which I’m so excited to share with you now.

Beauty

No7 HydraLuminous Day Cream and Overnight Recovery Cream

The day cream is light weight so sinks in quickly so works perfectly with make up. It also has SPF 15 which is perfect for the recently sunny UK weather.

Now those of you have a read my blog before will know I don’t usually like creams in a tub due to germs. Anyone else or just me? So it is impressive that I like this Overnight Recovery cream. It has a gel like texture providing intense hydration without feeling heavy. I have a full review for both products on my blog here.

Argan Hair Therapy Oil

The Everyday oil with Argan is perfect for nourishing my hair. Both when it’s damp and when it is dry. It is super hydrating without weighing your hair down. The shine mist is perfect for when my hair gets frizzy again without weighing it down. They are both a bargain at only £3.99.

MUA Brow Define Eyebrow Pencil

I know I’m late to the party but I have recently started filling in my eyebrows. This product is easy to use as it is easy to apply and blends effortlessly. It is also cheap at only £2.50 and even better it’s cruelty free.

Entertainment

Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed XBOX Game

My boyfriend recently brought an XBox One. I wanted to play Mario Cart as I used to love that game growing up. We haven’t been able to get it yet so my Boyfriend brought me this one. It is basically the same and is so much fun.

The Quiet at the End of World by Lauren James.

I have recently been in a reading slump but this book broke it! It is a gripping and an emotional story. This story confronts you with the potential end of humanity told through the youngest humans in the world Lowrie and Shen. Of course, I have a full review here.

Sara Pascoes Lads Lads Lads

I recently watched Sara Pascoes’s new show on BBC iPlayer and laughed so much! She discusses her experience being single for a year and learning how to be comfortably independent.

Food

Rowtrees Watermelon Ice Lolly

The UK has been experiencing a heat wave. I love the sun but hate being hot. I have been keeping cool thanks to these delicious watermelon flavoured ice lollies. They also look so cute with chocolate chip seeds.

So that is my favourites this month! What have you been loving this month?

Love,

Emma x
