Hello and Welcome Back! As autumn is my favourite time of year and its been a long time since I’ve done a chatty post. Today I’ve decided to share with you my Autumn Favourites. There is a real mix this month from skincare to vitamins to podcasts. So lets get started!
Beauty and Health
No7 Moisture Drench Lipsticks in Desert Rose (£10)
The Moisture Drench formula is perfect for the cold weather has it helps to keep your lips hydrated whilst adding opaque colour. This colour is the perfect warm toned nude. It truly is an easy every day lipstick.
No7 Moisture Drench Lipstick in Berry Blush (£10)
Berry Blush is my perfect autumnal lipstick shade. It is plum toned which can be a bit scary. But as it has a brown undertone it isn’t to bold and compliments my skin tone nicely.
Your Good Skin Rapid Blemish Clearing Rapid Treatment (£8)
This provides the perfect targeted spot treatment which can be used alone or under make up. It helps to reduce spot inflammation very quickly and prevents me picking at my skin. I can’t wait to explore more of Your Good Skins products now. Have you used anything from Your Good Skin? If so what would you recommend?
No7 Clearing Skin Paste (£18)
For me this is my lazy face mask. It takes no effort as you sleep in it overnight! Don’t worry though it dries and doesn’t get on your pillows. As it has Salicylic acid and soothing liquorice it helps to draw our impurities from the skin without drying your skin out. You just wake up and wash it off. I also use this a a spot treatment for really bad spots and it works a treat.
No7 Custom Blend Highlighting Drops in White Gold. (£13.50)
This time of year my skin can look a little dull. These highlighting drops work effortlessly blended into your foundation. It leaves your skin glowing and radiant. I have had several people comment on the radiance of my skin at work, thanks to this product. This product also works beautifully on top of foundations on the high point of the face to highlight.
Boots Vegan A to Z (£8 for 60 tablets)
Now, we are getting into cold and flu season I decided to start taking a multivitamin. I went for this one as I don’t eat meat and eat very few dairy products. It also has to your total daily allowance of 24 vitamins and minerals including B12 (usually found in meat) which helps with energy levels, Biotin which helps with nail and hair growth and finally Vitamin C and Zinc which supports your immunity.
I have been taking this multivitamin every day for over a month. I noticed my skin has had fewer break outs, my colds have been short lived and my nails have stopped peeling. I can’t imagine not taking this vitamin anymore.
Boots Good Gut Live Friendly Bacteria and Women’s Health Support (£10.99 for 30 tablets)
We all know that our gut is full of healthy bacteria which we need to look after. It helps to support our digestive and immune systems. This supplement contains 17.5 billion biotic cultures which is crazy to think about! I’ve been taking this for a month and it has reduced my illnesses this month. It has also helped to reduce bloating so is a double win!
The One We All Fell in Love With by Paige Toon (£4 for Kindle or £5.75 paperback)
This story is about triplets who fall in love with same boy. However it is so much more than a love story! As it focus on the relationship between the sisters. I honestly couldn’t put this book down.
Sierra Schultzzie YouTube Channel
Sierra is a body positivity YouTuber. She is a similar size to me which is refreshing to see. She does try on hauls which all always interesting to see how massively brand sizes can very! As well as challenge videos which are hilarious! She is so positive and has also helped to improve my body image.
I really enjoyed writing this post. It is lovely to focus on the things you love in life. I would love to hear what you are loving this month?
