Hello and Welcome Back! Today’s book I’m sure will resonate a lot with lots of you. I have learnt in recent years (as many of us have) that happiness takes work. It is easy to fall into negative thinking patterns so we need to focus on being positive. So I was instantly intrigued by 365 Days of Happiness by Jacqueline Pirtle. Who is a holistic practitioner specialising in mindful happiness. The perfect person to write this book then!
In 365 Days of Happiness is broken down into daily lessons. Each day focuses on how to develop one skill of happiness. Including (but not limited too) being present in the moment and avoiding comparison. All with the aim of bring small moments of happiness leading to a happy and purposeful life.
Jacqueline’s writing is accessible and friendly. She explains concepts of energy in a way which isn’t patronising. Each daily lessons is easy to understand and realistically able to implement into everyday life.
Though I read this book in one go I think it would be perfect to read a page each day and then try and impliment the examples given during the day.
Overall this book is the perfect book for those who are looking to get their spark back. What book do you like to read to get your spark back?
